LARGE GROUP RESERVATION POLICY

Large Group: 9 guests or more

Final Guest Counts: Please let us know the final guest counts at least 48 hours before the time of your reservation.

Menu: We strongly recommend you to give us your food order at least 48 hours before the time of your reservation, so we can prepare your food. Otherwise, it could takes very long time to have your food, especially Rolls, Sashimi and Yakitori.

Service Charge: 20% gratuity will be included on the bill.

Cancellation: If you need, please cancel your reservation at least 48 hours before the time of your reservation.

Late Cancellation/No-Show Fee: If you cancel your reservation in less than 48 hours before the time of your reservation, or if you don’t come on your reservation without cancellation, you will be charged a late cancellation/no-show fee of $10 per person. The late cancellation/no-show fee will be charged to your credit card.

LARGE GROUP PRE-FIXE MENU RESERVATION POLICY

Large Group: 15 guests or more

Final Guest Counts: Please let us know the final guest counts at least 48 hours before the time of your reservation. 

Pre-fixe Menu: We will provide our Pre-fixe Menu. Please select one between Pre-fixe Menu A and Pre-fixe Menu B. The Pre-fixe Menus cannot be modified. If you have any allergies or food restrictions, please let us know at least 48 hours before the time of your reservation.

Deposit: The deposit is $400.00, and it will be charged to your credit card.

Service Charge: A 20% gratuity will be included on the bill.

Cancellation: If you need to, please cancel your reservation at least 48 hours before the time of your reservation. In this case, the deposit taken will be refunded.

Late Cancellation/No-Show: If you cancel your reservation in less than 48 hours before the time of your reservation, or if you don’t come on your reservation without cancellation, the deposit taken will be non-refundable.
